My wife and I recently purchased a new home in the Meadowbrooke Development in Marion, Montana. Unfortunately, we are not able to live there year round and we were a bit apprehensive about leaving the property un-occupied for months on end.
Fortunately, we became aware of Vantage Point and the services they offer. Once a month, the property manager visits our home. They walk the property inside and out and ensure that all is well or other. Their service extends at times beyond their normal monthly visits. At times, we've needed contractors or deliveries accepted and Vantage Point has been there for us. Vantage Point keeps us well informed of their visits - they correspond with us in a moments notice via the web. Another advantage to using Vantage Point is the price they charge for their services. Having no prior experience with a property management service, we were concerned about the cost but, we were pleasantly surprised.
